Hutiarii House is designed to ensure everyone's privacy. We have two air-conditioned suites with 140x200 beds and private bathrooms.
For groups of more than 4 people, our modular dormitory located in the living room can accommodate your friends or children for an additional fee.

Your Private Vehicle to Explore the Sacred Island
In Raiatea, a car is not just an option, it is the key to your freedom. To allow you to discover the wild landscapes of the east coast, breathtaking viewpoints and historical sites such as the Marae de Taputapuātea at your own pace, we include a Renault Kwid (5 seats, manual transmission) directly in your stay.
Terms and Conditions for Renting Your Renault Kwid
Insurance: Comprehensive insurance included (excess of XPF 40,000).
Conditions: Drivers over 23 years of age with at least 2 years' driving experience.
Fuel: Tank filled at departure, to be returned with the same level.
Maintenance: For everyone's comfort, please do not smoke on board and avoid wearing wet clothing or bringing sand on board (a fee of 3,000 XPF will be charged for special cleaning).
Simplified Logistics for a Stress-Free Stay
We have removed the usual constraints: no queuing at the branch, no unnecessary paperwork. We take care of everything in advance so that your only concern is your next destination.
Arrival by Taxi and Independent Return to the Airport
Arrival: A pre-booked taxi (2,500 XPF) will drop you off at the house. Your car will already be waiting for you there, parked in the shade in the garage.
The Return: Save time! On the day of departure, drive the vehicle to the airport yourself, leave the keys there and go to catch your flight. We will collect the car after you have left.
Accommodation times:
Check-in: From 1 p.m. (flexible depending on bookings)
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. for the house. We also offer late check-outs depending on bookings. Keep the car until you leave the island.
Note: We do our best to adjust these times to suit your flights, so please do not hesitate to let us know your arrival and departure times!

Because your stay would not be complete without diving into our turquoise waters, we offer all our residents an exclusive 10% discount on all our private boat trips.
Picnic on a motu or coral garden in Taha'a, enjoy the best of the lagoon at a preferential rate.
